Meet Lena Marsh, Lead Groomer & Founder
Lena founded Xijano Putale after years of grooming in busy, high-volume shops where senior and anxious animals often struggled with the pace. She holds certification in pet first aid and has completed continuing education in low-stress handling techniques for dogs and cats.
Her approach centers on watching the animal, not the clock. She works alongside a small team trained in the same intake process, so every client meets a consistent standard of pacing regardless of which groomer is on the schedule that day.
